Weekly - Adopt a cat days To better serve the community and our sweet kitties - AACD's are now every Saturday of every month-Pandora's Box 11:30-2:30.

Spring - Bake Sale - Between Thriftway and True Value -April 5th 9:00 AM-1:00PM.
Plant SaleLand Trust Building. Here's your opportunity to pick up a few of our Island grown plants or, if you'd like to make a little space in your garden, contribute a few (drop off on Friday, April 25th 9-3p.m. EVENT is Saturday, April 26th 9:00-2:00 PM. Call Judy 463-1810 for more information.
Summer - VIPP 2009 Pet Calendar-Be part of VIPP'S 2009 Pet Calendar & make your pet a star. Email your pet's photo to kchappy@msn.com. The Pet Photo Contest - at our VIPP Booth on July 12th & 13th at the Famous Strawberry Festival Stop by the Vipp booth & cast your vote for your favorite pet (each vote $1). Support this fund raiser by voting multiple times... ballot box stuffing is encouraged!
The Most Fantastique FUR BALL™ Ever - silent and live auction, held at the VFW hall. - August 2, 2008. This is VIPP's biggest event of the year. Tickets to the event are $20.00 and are available starting July 1st at the following locations: Books By the Way, Vashon Bookshop, Fair Isle and Pandora's box. They are also available on this website - click on "Donate Now" and choose Fur ball&Trade ticket(s). Charity Golf Tournament -Sept 2008 -Vashon Island Golf & Country Club. 8:30a.m.-Join us for our annual 18th-hole tournament event. Everyone is welcome, so grab your clubs and come on out to putt for mutts (and cats too!). For more information call Cindy 463-1242.
VIPP Dog Walk Saturday, September 20, 2008, Burton Acres Park 9a.m.-12p.m. Come join us for a little exercise and a lot of fun at this year's Vipp Dog (and people) Walk. You don't have to find sponsors. Just come by, make a donation in suppport of Vipp and start walking anytime between 9:00a.m. and noon. Sign up forms may be completed at the event. Winter - Garage Sale:EVENT October Saturday,18th 9-3:00PM and Sunday 19th 10-1:00 PM. 2008, location TBD at a later date. Donations are gratefully accepted on Friday, October 17th 10-4pm. Holiday Wreath Sale: Friday, November 28, 12-4 PM, Saturday, 29th 10-4 PM, Sunday 30th 10-4 PM. Location TBD at a later date. Vipp's all volunteer crew creates locally renowned wreaths and swags from fresh fire, cedar, pinecones, holly & and assortment of bows and accessories. They're great for gifts or to dress up your home for the holidays. Wreaths and swags are $20 and up.
Holiday Bake Sale: outside of Thriftway 9a.m.-1p.m. Date to be announced. Indulge in freshly baked treats from some of the Island's best bakers while helping Vipp through this important fund raiser. If you'd like to help with the baking, please drop off your tightly wrapped & labeled baked goods after 8:30 on Saturday morning. Call Victoria 463-5381 for more information.
February is Fix-a-cat MonthIncrease the life expectancy and overall health of your cat, while helping to keep populations down. Spay and neutering procedures are quick and safe! And during Fix-A-Cat Month, they’re cheap! Make an appointment to bring your cat in during the month of February by calling Fair Isle Animal Clinic at 463-3607.
