Vashon Island Pet Protectors

Lost from Dockton near park, up behind and around lower Dockton Feb 1st. Grey has an auto immune condition, if wounded will need help ASAP. Another cat next door was attacked by something bigger than a cat. Dogs have been seen running together. Grey has a feral beginning and is still quite shy. Probably would not come to a stranger, just me. Would so appreciate help finding him. Check your outside hiding places. His left ear is bent at tip.

Last Seen Jan 4th. Larger thin male Siamese cat, goes by the name of Frank. His home is near the equestrian park on 220th street.

Found Jan 6th Cedahurst and West Side Highway -Gray black tabby with white paws, chest and belly. Some brown undertones in fur. Long full tail. She does not appear to be feral and ignores other cats and the dog. Unknown age, could be young or old. Difficult to tell because she is so emaciated.

VIPP #1920-12 Friendly long hair orange female found around the 23325 Vashon Hwy. in Burton and has been hanging around there for about three weeks. (December 2011) Seems to be a young adult.

Lost Dec 16th from Cove at 129th. He has a collar with his name handstitched onto it. Very friendly black/brown/white male shorthair.

Lost Dec 16th from the 9800 block of SW 188th St.(North of the Athletic Club off Vashon Hwy.) Sweet girl but a little skittish around strangers. All black with a white patch on her belly. She was just at the vet for blood work and has a shaved spot on her neck. No collar but is micro-chipped.

Missing since Dec 12th -Medium sized female orange tabby has been missing for a couple days. She has never gone missing before so we are very worried something has happened. Please call me if you spot a cat like her, alive or dead. We live on SW 220th Street between Old Mill Rd and Wax Orchard Rd.

Stella never leaves home for long. She was once feral so she will be skittish and hard if not impossible to catch. I am pretty worried that something has happened to her because it is very unusual for her to miss a meal.

Pan is a black neutered 6 year old male cat...he has been missing from the Paradise Valley/Ridge area for two weeks (since Oct 30th), which is a very long time for him. We miss him..

Last seen Nov 2nd. Bart is very friendly loves people and other animals hes around 12 lbs and is 10 years old he looks and acts very young. i live near the bone factory road 188th and 103rd, but have moved 3 times in last year and half.hes a brown tabby mix and knowes his name Bart.

Last Seen Oct 11th from the 25000 block of 75th Ave on Maury. Luke Skywalker is 13 years old. He is a tall, long-bodied orange tabby cat. He does not wander so we are very concerned about his being gone. He is very loving and will try to crawl up your body for a hug. We live top of Maury Island -just above the tennis courts.

We moved to upper Gold Beach from the northend over Labor Day weekend. We have not seen Harry since 9-9-11. Harry is light grey with tabby markings. He has a short tail that has a kink in it. He is a sweet boy and has always liked to roam. His blue collar has his name but our old address (11650 103rd) and our phone was not working until yesterday (9-14-11), it is now working. Missing since Sept 15th on 119th. Near the Bethel Church. Short hair grey female. Very soft and friendly. Does not like dogs or other cats. May be around the Paradise Ridge area. Missed very much.

Lost July 8, 2011 My cat's name is Boopie. I live on the Burton Loop between Jenson Point and Camp Burton. Someone found him on the street and took him to the area near the Burton store because they thought that's where I lived. So I'm sure he is somewhere near the Burton store. Boopie is an orange striped male cat about 5 years old. He is very affectionate and friendly.

Last seen July 3, 2011 from the 23100 block of Vashon Highway. Big Brown Tabby Male. In between Quartermaster and Burton on Vashon Highway.

Lost June 17, 2011 Missy is a small cat and can be very shy and timid. She lives near 107th and 204th. We have not seen her since about June 17th. Please call 463-9009 if you have seen her.

Lost June 6, 2011 from 140th street. Blue eyes, left eye crossed. microchipped, needs meds! Wimsey is a snoopy cat and may be locked in your garage or outbuilding if you live near 140th- Please check these areas. if found call fair isle or 253-651-8870 or VIPP 389-1085.

Lost May 4th from the east side of the island in Fir Ridge on SW 190th just off of Ridge Road. We are about a mile north of KVI. Shadow has a black beauty mark on his pink nose. He also has irritable bowel syndrome and requires special care. Shadow is a big cat but he is not fat. He weighs about 10-11 pounds. Normally, he is pretty shy around people he does not know.

Lost Feb 21, 2011 Black and white short hair male cat. Name: Benny. Age: 11. Freckle on nose. Medium sized. A shy, sweet guy... we miss him so! No collar.

Has never strayed from home. May have been frightened in our absence. We live above the skate park just off 232nd near Old Mill Road.

Last seen in November 2010 from the Reddings Beach loop, so 240th, near Wax Orchards. Brown tabby with orange splotch between her eyes and white bib.

lost Dec 26, 2010 Worty lives near the bone factor -he has had his ears surgically removed (because of cancer), his most distinguising characterisitc. He also has a 6th toe on both of his feet.
