ADOPT A CAT SATURDAYS
Caturdays at VIPP. Every Saturday 11:30-2:30. Come in and meet our wonderful cats - every one of them needs a home to call their own. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call (206) 389-1085 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Shelter Address: 12200 SW 243rd Street - off of Old Mill Rd.
Dog adoptions are by appointment only, call (206) 389-1085 or email email@example.com. VIPP's dogs available for adoption are not housed at the shelter, but are in foster homes on Vashon. If you would like to be a Dog Foster, call (206) 389-1085 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This program was created by VIPP volunteer, Kay Farris. She saw a need when talking with the Vashon food bank and realized their patrons could also use a little help feeding their animals too. She created this program with help from Pandora’s Box Pet Supply. You can dedicate your donation to this program on our Support/Donation Page.
All cats and dogs adopted through VIPP are immunized and spay/neutered, and those costs are included in your adoption fees. We are proud to offer low-cost spay/neuter for your pets. Please call us at (206) 389-1085 for more information.
VIPP and Fair Isle Animal Clinic offer low-cost microchipping for island pets for only $10 (a $50 value). A microchip will help ensure your pet is returned to you if it gets lost or during an island emergency. Call Fair Isle at (206) 463-3607 to make an appointment.
Your continued support helps us in our mission to ensure there are no homeless pets on Vashon-Maury Islands. There are many ways to help us help island animals and citizens from donating money to fostering adoptable cats and dogs, volunteering and so much more. Visit our Support page to find the ways you can get involved with VIPP.
